Lesson Studio is not currently offered to users or customers located in the United States or Canada.
Billing is governed by the separate LANALTX Subscription Services and Lesson Plans Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
3A. Service Availability and Excluded Territories
Lesson Studio is operated from Cyprus and is currently offered for use by customers and adult learners outside the United States and Canada.
You must not create an account, purchase a plan, accept an invitation, link a learner account or use Lesson Studio if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting from the United States or Canada.
You must not use a VPN, proxy, false address, misleading account information or another workaround to access Lesson Studio from an excluded territory.
Teachers, tutors, companies and organisations must not invite learners located in the United States or Canada, and must not use Lesson Studio to provide services targeted at those territories.
LANALTX may refuse, suspend, cancel or close access where it reasonably believes that an account, learner, organisation, transaction or use of the Service involves the United States or Canada.
This territory restriction is intended to define where Lesson Studio is offered. It does not limit any mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Strictly Adults Only
Lesson Studio is strictly limited to people aged 18 or over.
You must not use Lesson Studio to:
- Create an account for anyone under 18.
- Create a learner profile for anyone under 18.

- Plan, manage or record lessons for anyone under 18.
- Invite anyone under 18 to the student portal.
- Share Lesson Studio materials or links as part of teaching a person under 18.
Teachers, tutors, schools, companies and organisations are responsible for ensuring that every person entered into or invited to Lesson Studio is at least 18.
LANALTX may suspend or close an account if there is a reasonable basis to believe that Lesson Studio has been used in connection with a person under 18.
5. Account Types
Lesson Studio may provide different account types and access levels, including:
- Teacher or tutor accounts.
- Adult learner accounts.
- Authorised organisation or administrative accounts.
- Trial, free or limited-access accounts.
Adult learners may create their own accounts for self-study features such as vocabulary review, flashcards and lesson follow-up.
An adult learner may choose to link their account to a teacher.
Linking may allow the teacher and learner to share:
- Lesson summaries.
- Reports.
- Feedback.
- Vocabulary.
- Homework.
- Progress information.
Available account types and features may change as the Service develops.
6. Account Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity carried out through your account, except where unauthorised activity results from a security failure for which LANALTX is responsible.
You must not:
- Share a personal account with an unauthorised user.
- Sell, transfer or rent account access.
- Use another person's account without permission.
- Bypass authentication, role or access controls.
- Create multiple accounts to misuse trials or plan limits.
You must notify LANALTX promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
7. Teacher Responsibility
Lesson Studio is a lesson-preparation and teaching-support tool.
It does not replace the professional judgement of a teacher.
Teachers are responsible for:
- Selecting suitable topics, goals and source material.
- Reviewing generated lessons before use.
- Checking factual accuracy, language level and appropriateness.
- Adapting activities to the learner or group.
- Checking student-facing briefs, reports and homework before sharing.
- Using the Service in accordance with applicable professional, contractual and legal duties.
Lesson Studio does not supervise lessons and does not decide whether a teaching activity is suitable for a particular person or context.
8. Adult Learner Responsibility
Adult learners are responsible for using Lesson Studio lawfully and for reviewing learning content appropriately.
Adult learners must not:
- Share private lesson links or account access without permission.
- Upload unlawful or infringing material.
- Misrepresent completed work, assessment results or progress records.
- Use the Service to obtain regulated professional advice.
Linking an account to a teacher does not make LANALTX responsible for the teacher's independent teaching services, scheduling, conduct or professional decisions.
9. Learner Information
If a teacher, tutor or organisation enters information about an adult learner, they confirm that they have the right and a lawful basis to do so.
Learner information must be accurate, relevant and limited to what is reasonably needed for:
- Lesson planning and delivery.
- Language goals and level tracking.
- Vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation review.
- Homework and feedback.
- Progress review and educational support.
Teachers and organisations remain responsible for deciding what learner information they enter and why.
10. Prohibited and Sensitive Data
Lesson Studio is not a medical, counselling, safeguarding, human-resources, disciplinary or case-management system.
You must not enter unnecessary:
- Medical or health records.
- Safeguarding disclosures or case notes.
- Financial account or payment-card information.
- Government identification documents or numbers.
- Passwords, access codes or security secrets.
- Criminal-record information.
- Political, religious, sexual or other special-category information unrelated to the teaching purpose.
- Private information about third parties.
Where sensitive information is genuinely necessary and lawful, users must minimise it and use appropriate safeguards.
Lesson Studio may still be unsuitable for that information.
11. AI-Assisted Features
Lesson Studio uses artificial intelligence to help generate or organise:
- Lesson materials.
- Slides.
- Briefs.
- Exercises.
- Vocabulary.
- Quizzes.
- Homework.
- Corrections.
- Summaries.
- Suggested feedback.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, repetitive or unsuitable.
Users must review AI-generated content before relying on, teaching from, publishing or sharing it.
AI output is educational support.
It is not legal, medical, financial, psychological, immigration, safeguarding or other regulated professional advice.
Lesson Studio does not guarantee that generated materials will be error-free, original in every phrase or suitable for every learner, examination or teaching context.
12. Exam and IELTS-Style Materials
Exam-related materials, including IELTS-style lessons, are practice materials and internal teaching templates unless expressly stated otherwise.
They are not endorsed, validated, marked or approved by an examination board merely because they use an exam-style format.
LANALTX does not guarantee any examination score, band, result or certification outcome.
13. Source Material and Third-Party Rights
You are responsible for ensuring that you may lawfully upload, paste, link to, transform, summarise or use any source material supplied to Lesson Studio.
Source material may include:
- Articles and webpages.
- Transcripts and subtitles.
- PDFs and documents.
- Images, diagrams and video links.
- Employer, client or student materials.
- Assessment or examination content.
Lesson Studio does not grant ownership of third-party content.
Lesson Studio does not guarantee that a proposed use is permitted by copyright, database, confidentiality, contract or privacy law.
You must not use Lesson Studio to reproduce or distribute protected content unlawfully.
14. User Content
You retain any rights you already hold in content that you submit.
You give LANALTX a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, reproduce and adapt submitted content only as reasonably necessary to:

- Store and display content in authorised accounts.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
- Diagnose faults and provide support.
- Comply with legal obligations.
You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriateness of content you submit.
15. Generated Materials and User Licence
Subject to these Terms and any third-party rights, teachers may use, edit, download, print and share generated lesson materials for their own lawful teaching of adult learners.
Adult learners may use materials made available to them for their own learning.
You must not:
- Resell access to Lesson Studio.
- Sell or distribute LANALTX templates, prompts, interfaces or software as a competing product.
- Copy or extract the Service's underlying prompt systems, code or protected workflows.
- Remove ownership notices from LANALTX-owned content.
- Represent third-party material as your own.
Generated materials may contain elements influenced by source material or common language patterns.
Users must review outputs for third-party rights before commercial publication or wide distribution.
16. Shared Links and Student Portal
Lesson Studio may allow teachers to create share links for adult learners and provide student-portal access.
Teachers are responsible for:
- Checking content before sharing it.
- Sending links only to the intended adult recipient.
- Avoiding unnecessary personal information in shared materials.
- Removing or disabling links when they are no longer needed.
Recipients must not forward a private link or make private learner information public.
A share link is not a substitute for secure account access where the material contains confidential or sensitive information.
17. Optional Google Calendar Connection
Teachers may be offered an optional read-only Google Calendar connection to help organise lesson-related scheduling information inside Lesson Studio.
Depending on the permissions selected, Lesson Studio may receive information such as:
- Calendar identifiers.
- Event titles.
- Event dates and times.
- Event descriptions.
- Event locations.
- Event update times.
- Attendee information where available.
Lesson Studio may also securely process the authentication tokens required to maintain the connection.
The connection is optional.
Lesson Studio does not create, edit or delete Google Calendar events through this read-only connection.
Users are responsible for checking imported event information and disconnecting the integration when it is no longer required.
Users can revoke access through Lesson Studio where the relevant control is available or through their Google Account permissions.
Google services remain subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
18. Acceptable Use
You must not use Lesson Studio to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Create abusive, discriminatory, deceptive, exploitative or seriously harmful content.
- Process information about a person under 18.
- Access data that does not belong to you.
- Attempt to identify or bypass another user's access controls.
- Upload malware or harmful code.
- Scrape, overload, disrupt or reverse engineer protected parts of the Service.

- Misrepresent AI-generated output as independently verified fact.
19. Plans, Trials and Payment
Some Lesson Studio features may be:
- Free.
- Trial-based.
- Limited by usage.
- Available only under a paid plan.
Current prices, quotas, plan features and billing periods are shown before purchase.
Payment, automatic renewal, cancellation, legal withdrawal and refund terms are governed by the LANALTX Subscription Services and Lesson Plans Terms and Conditions.
LANALTX may apply reasonable usage limits to protect Service availability and control exceptional or abusive use.
20. Service Quality and Updates
LANALTX aims to provide Lesson Studio with reasonable care and skill.
The Service may receive updates for:
- Security.
- Compatibility.
- Performance.
- Legal compliance.
- Product improvement.
Some updates may change the appearance, workflow or availability of features.
Where Lesson Studio is supplied to an EU Consumer, mandatory rights relating to the supply, conformity and necessary updates of Digital Services remain unaffected.
21. Availability
LANALTX does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Availability may be affected by:
- Maintenance and updates.
- Internet, hosting or database failure.
- Third-party AI, email, payment or authentication services.
- Security incidents.
- Events outside LANALTX's reasonable control.
Where a significant fault affects a paid Service, LANALTX will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide any remedy required by applicable law.
22. Privacy and Data-Protection Roles
The Lesson Studio Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed.
LANALTX normally acts as controller for:
- Account administration.
- Billing.
- Security.
- Support.
- Its own Service operations.
Where a teacher or organisation decides what adult learner information to enter and why, the teacher or organisation normally acts as controller for that learner information.
LANALTX processes that information to provide Lesson Studio.
The Lesson Studio Data Processing Addendum provides additional processor terms where applicable.
23. Feedback and Support
If you provide suggestions, feature requests, bug reports or other product feedback, you allow LANALTX to use that feedback to improve and develop the Service without payment or attribution.
This does not transfer ownership of confidential content or personal data included in a support request.
24. Suspension and Termination
LANALTX may restrict, suspend or terminate access where:
- Payment remains unpaid.
- These Terms are materially or repeatedly breached.
- The account is used fraudulently or unlawfully.
- Access or security controls are bypassed.
- Learner data is misused.
- Lesson Studio is used in connection with anyone under 18.
- The account creates a serious security, legal or operational risk.
- Suspension is required by law or a competent authority.
Where appropriate, LANALTX will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.
Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, personal data, systems or third parties.
25. Account Closure and Data Export
Users may close their account or request deletion through available account controls or the published contact channel.
Where export tools are available, users should export needed content before closing the account.
Account closure may result in loss of access to:
- Generated lessons.
- Learner records.
- Shared links.
- Subscription-only features.
Some limited information may be retained where required for:
- Tax.
- Accounting.
- Security.
- Dispute resolution.
- Legal compliance.
26. Disclaimer of Guaranteed Outcomes
Lesson Studio does not guarantee:
- A particular learning outcome.
- A CEFR level or examination result.
- Improved teaching income or business performance.
- A specific lesson duration or preparation-time saving.
- That every suggested source, activity or generated item will be available or suitable.
Results depend on user input, review, teaching decisions, learner participation and other circumstances outside LANALTX's control.
27. Liability to Consumers
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or removes mandatory consumer rights.
For Consumers, LANALTX is responsible for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable result of LANALTX's breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
LANALTX is not responsible for loss caused by:
- Incorrect or unlawful information supplied by a user.
- Failure to review AI-generated content.
- Independent teaching or professional decisions.
- Unsupported devices or user-side internet failure.
- Unauthorised account or link sharing.
- Third-party services outside LANALTX's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
28. Business Users
This section applies where Lesson Studio is used wholly or mainly for business purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, LANALTX will not be liable to a business user for:
- Indirect or consequential loss.
- Loss of profit.
- Loss of revenue.
- Loss of business opportunity.
- Loss of anticipated savings.
- Loss of goodwill.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LANALTX's total contractual liability to a business user arising from Lesson Studio will not exceed the amount paid by that user for Lesson Studio during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.
29. Changes to Lesson Studio or These Terms
LANALTX may update Lesson Studio and these Terms to reflect changes in:
- Law.
- Security.
- Technology.
- Features.
- Providers.
- Business operations.
Material changes affecting an active paid plan will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable.
Changes will not normally apply retrospectively.
Where fresh consent is legally required, it will be requested separately.
30. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Lesson Studio is not directed to the United States or Canada, and LANALTX does not accept customers, learners or accounts located in those territories.
If you are a Consumer living in another country, this does not remove mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence.
Please contact LANALTX first so that the issue can be investigated and, where possible, resolved directly.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a Consumer from bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
31. General Provisions
If one provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
You may not transfer your account or contractual rights without LANALTX's consent.
LANALTX may transfer the contract as part of a sale, restructuring or transfer of the business, provided this does not reduce mandatory Consumer protections.
These Terms are available in English.
Where a translation is provided, the English version will apply to the extent legally permitted if there is an inconsistency.
A person who is not a party to the contract has no right to enforce these Terms unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
